Love of Links of London – Strong Enough to Conquer Everything

Juliet and Brad were in a relationship for 7 sevens, long enough in this high-divorce rate country. On this year’s Valentine’s Day, Brad invited Juliet to join him in London for the special festival, as the two were apart working in different cities.

The long-expecting gathering day finally came. Brad did everything he can to meet every demand his dear girl friend asked. They went shopping like crazy and enjoyed every moment they spent together. When the night drew, they two sat in a restaurant, enjoying the romantic candle lit dinner. Juliet looked into Brad’s eyes with deep feeling as if next minute all the beautiful scenes in front of her would disappear. Still indulging in the seemingly unreal sweet moment, she saw Brad kneeled down one foot with one bunch of roses in one hand and a small box in the other hand. Every girl would be moved by this emotional scene. Finally they came to this far. A quick flashback went on in Juliet’s mind. Yes, she should be grateful for having Brad. She was so blessed.

Just one year ago, the two were apart from each other due to job transferring. And also it was that period of time their relationship faced challenge. Juliet used to be a girl always having job as priority. That’s also why she agreed to transfer to work in the other city, thousands miles away from Brad. But at the same time, the overwhelming loneliness took over Juliet after she got there. She was so lonely that subconsciously she started seeing another guy in her city. Inwardly she was super guilty of what she had done to Brad. But the enormous loneliness made her surrender and she kept such relation with the guy for almost half a year before Brad sensed something. Juliet loved Brad so deeply that for one second she felt like she was about to lose him forever. To her great surprise, Brad said nothing and asked nothing but embraced her tightly in his chest. “I love you!” was the only three words he said at that time.

Soon Juliet cut off her ambiguous relations with the guy and devoted herself entirely to her work.

“Marry me, Juliet.” Again with only three words, but sweet enough to melt Juliet’s heart.

In his hand, the unique Links of London ring looks so divine, but what embodies deep inside was the deep love one man could ever give to his girl.

“Yes, of course” Excited and moved Juliet was, starting to talk incoherently.

What a sweet romance! But if without true love and broad tolerance, it might be a different story.
