Michael Lohan: Back in the Slammer
Just when we thought he was calming down a bit, Michael Lohan had to go and get himself arrested once again.
According to a report, LiLo’s papa was taken into custody Thursday (January 28) morning and charged with criminal contempt.
While the source of the charge is officially unknown, attorney Bryan Konoski, who represents Lohan’s ex Erin Mueller, says Michael phoned his client on January 21st, violating a protection order.
This is the second time in as many months that Lohan has been arrested on similar charges. Michael’s attorney says he’s the victim of fabrications.
